• Master's course in Psychosomatics at ISPA, Postgraduate course in Health Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon
• Positions: Head of Service at the Main Military Hospital, Responsible for the Phototherapy, Cryosurgery and Radiotherapy Units at the Belém Military Hospital
• Editor of the Portuguese Psoriasis Group, Chairman of the General Assembly of the Portuguese Society of Dermatology and Venereology (SPDV) (2016-2020),Member of the Board of the College of Dermatology Specialty of the Portuguese Medical Association (2016-2020), Vice-President of the SPDV (since 2020)
